Head outside first thing in the morning to enjoy your coffee – if you’re early enough you might even catch the sunrise – or  spend hours reading on the floral chair with the fire crackling next to you. Head into the kitchen to work on an elaborate Full English for breakfast, but not before opening the bifold doors and putting some soft music on, dance like no ones watching whilst you cook and gather around the beautiful dining table to eat and plan the day.

With London being as well connected as it is, this marvellous city is your oyster – Buckingham Palace is a forty-minute journey on public transport and from there you can easily take a twenty-five minute walk to Oxford Circus for a bit of shopping, or walk the same distance in a different direction and get to the London Eye where you can marvel at the amazing views over the city. Closer to home, you can spend an entire day at Victoria Park – an eight-minute walk away – just remember the picnic blanket, supplies and a good book, before ending your day with a cold pint in one of the many surrounding pubs 

Midnight Blue Valentine

Boasting pride of place in London's hippest area, this warehouse conversion seamlessly blends history and modernity. Once a men's textile factory, many of its original elements have been lovingly restored, from the concrete columns and huge windows to the airy mezzanine. Your host has spared no expense on the details, adding modern touches like voice-controlled lighting and smart speakers to get your playlists thumping in every room. When you're ready to step out, the central location ensures there's something to discover in every direction. You'll find Victoria Park a five-minute stroll to the left, Broadway Market and London Fields to the right, and a luxurious rooftop bar and sauna just across the road.

The Olde Textile Factory

Whether you’re a couple, a business traveller or a solo stayer, this apartment provides a contemporary and convenient base in London Fields. The cafes and restaurants of Haggerstone and Broadway Market are on your doorstep, and Victoria Park is a short walk away. You’re also close to the Cambridge Heath Overground, so getting around couldn’t be easier. The apartment itself is modern and well-equipped, with an open-plan space to work or relax in – or both. It’s worth noting the home is a ground-floor pad, so expect some street noise during your stay.

Tea & Teal

This stylish home is perfect for a family seeking a relaxing stay in London. It’s in leafy Victoria Park Village, just a short walk from London Fields. There are easy public transport links all around London, from Mile End to Greenwich. The home is contemporary and colourful, made all the more welcoming thanks to the house plants and the resident cats. There’s a garden, which is a nice bonus, and there’s even a cosy studio at the end of it, which has been converted into an additional TV room – the perfect spot for a family movie night.

Just when we thought we’d seen the coolest bolthole Hackney could deliver, along comes this London gem to put the cat firmly amongst the pigeons.

Inside, this place is a glamorous affair with designer furnishings and carefully curated artwork throughout. The free-flowing living room and oh-so-sleek gallery kitchen, complete with a dreamy island to perch with evening drinks, are pure modern-day luxury. And upstairs, the five thoughtfully designed bedrooms with hotel-quality linens and bathrooms are a delight. And the star of the show? That private balcony and a shared rooftop terrace with knockout views of London’s skyline. You can thank us later.

Set along a quiet, tree-lined little street, you’d hardly believe the London Fields and Hackney scene is just a stone’s throw away. Follow the hipsters down to the taprooms, cafes, galleries, world-class restaurants, and gorgeous parks – it’s all going on here. Or blaze a trail into central London  – you’ll be there in seven minutes flat from the nearby London Fields Overground station. Now, how’s that for a location?

From the rare Viola and Calcutta marble in the kitchen to the dining nook's built-in banquette seat and parquet floors throughout, you’ll feel perfectly at ease here as you flick through one of the shelves’ many books while relaxing on the sofa or while enjoying a meal at the window-side table and taking in views of leafy London Fields. Perch by the Juliet balcony here with a glass of wine in the evening – you’ll love the soft glow of light that makes the whole room dazzle.
 
With a stylish bedroom to wake up in too and a rainfall shower to get mornings started on the right foot, you’ve got everything you need for a comfortable, carefree stay. 
 
When it comes to exploring nearby, walk just across the street for a picnic or a stroll through London Fields or walk just ten minutes to explore the vast expanse of Victoria Park. You’re also a four-minute walk from vibrant Broadway Market and a fifteen-minute stroll from both colourful Columbia Road Flower Market and Hackney Central.

London Fields Forever

Embracing the East London aesthetic, this industrial-style apartment in London Fields is an ideal choice for those who want to spend their time relaxing in style or exploring the very best of the capital. Conveniently, there’s an overground station a two-minute walk from the doorstep. The living room and bedroom provide direct access to a private balcony – a rarity in these parts. Our favourite feature, however, was the communal rooftop, where you’ll enjoy access to a swimming pool and sweeping views of the City skyline. Look closely, and you’ll see the iconic Gherkin building.

Heart of the Matter

Bright, artsy and full of characterful design pieces, this townhouse in Hackney is an ideal base for those looking to explore one of London’s quirkier, hip neighbourhoods. Inside, bespoke pieces of art abound with countless books and board games to enjoy in the open-plan living space. Open up the bi-fold doors to step out onto a plant-filled courtyard garden. This is the ideal spot to catch some rays over your morning coffee or toast to your cool, serene pad over sundowners and a barbecue come nightfall. The kitchen, meanwhile, looks like a piece of art in its own right with its artisan breakfast bar, while the long wooden dining room table calls for feasts aplenty amidst its collection of curios and portraits. Art Fields

This is a truly unique and characterful home that we are so pleased to have in the collection. While it’s a small space, it’s incredibly cosy, with a rustic look, mood lighting and a wood-burning stove. Everything in the home has its own story and personality – the rescued brickwork, reclaimed floor boards from a restaurant in Borough, salvaged wooden beams, stone from Gloucestershire for the mantelpiece and even hand-painted tiles from a trip to Morocco. Another highlight of the home is the garden, which is ideal for hosting a memorable dinner party with friends. 

The Easton Gate

This is a fabulous gem of a flat, perfect for a couple or indeed a solo traveller, looking to make the most out of their stay in the heart of East London. Situated just moments away from Victoria Park and Hackney’s countless independent shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, this home epitomises the very brand of cool the area is known for. 

After a long day of exploring, you’ll be happy to know that the cosy living room with its comfy sofa awaits you – with all the lovely plants, books and unique objects dotted about, you’ll feel right at home. A light supper can be easily rustled up in the bright kitchen area, and you’ll be able to enjoy your meals up on the roof terrace, a perfect place to spend a relaxing evening or to sip your morning coffee.

At the same time, the exposed pipework, large angle-poise light and rustic steel-framed furniture lend an industrial aesthetic that's very much in keeping with the building's original purpose. A compact but well-equipped kitchen is ideal for any culinary creatives out there. Meanwhile, three largely monochrome bedrooms help your wind down at the end of a busy day, aided by the odd pop of colour and terracotta tones of sections of exposed brick.

Access to everything Hackney has to offer is unprecedented from this address. Mare Street's unending selection of bars, restaurants and entertainment are right on your doorstep. With countless cool alternatives hidden down alleyways and in the railway arches nearby. You could spend weeks sampling all the options and barely make a dent. 

Continue to London fields, where Hackney's whippet-owning creatives gather on weekends to sip beers in the shade of the trees and feast on street food at Broadway Market (Saturdays only). Alternatively, stroll down to the crowds of Columbia Road Flower Market (Sundays only) to purchase plants to replace to ones you left at home and forgot to ask your friend to water.


House of Hackney

This is a unique East London experience. Unique wallpapers and striking artwork are standout features here. A 20-metre long garden is an added bonus in this area. Everyone should try this London Swedish apartment just minutes from Broadway Market.
